In high school I was able to see a lot of the after affects of the Above and Beyond ministry. We were witnessing in a lot of the local public and Christian schools at the time so it was a blessing to see the kids come to Church and grow in their walk with Christ.

How & Why did you decide to give you life back to Christ?
I grew up in a Christian home so I have always believed in God. However, God was never the main focus of my life because I put him on the back burner and didn’t care. I always thought I had plenty of time and at times struggled with thinking that He wasn’t real. I was sitting around doing nothing about my relationship with him and would use the excuse that he hasn’t shown himself real to me. But Proverbs 2:4 clearly states that I have to search for him. God promises if I do so he will show himself to me. For too long I used laziness, time, and doubt as excuses to not start a relationship with Him. God finally brought me to the place where I realized that He is the only thing worth living for. Since then God has been teaching, stretching, and molding me into who he wants me to be and I have never been happier.
